scaling up:

  • AI assitant as a focal point
  • personalized advice and articles
  • 3rd path added - just starting the business

MVP:

  • regular global search on top of the page
  • 2 paths for the user to choose manually:
    • already growing business
    • lookng for ways to grow the business
  • base of articles
  • documents to download
  • glossary

MVP and scailing up

We knew that this page will be introduces in a couple of stages.

For MVP there were going to be 2 paths for the user to choose from, no AI assistance and a small library of articles.

Later there was going to be a 3rd path for the user and an AI assistant was going to be a main focus on the page.

Creating a personalized exeperience

Our client aimed to use AI in order to provide a highly presonalized ezpere=eince for fresh enterpreneurs.

First we as creatives needed an answer to the following questions:

  • What will be the customer journey for our redirected customer and for ones from searchs engine?
  • When do we start the personalisation?
  • How do we personalise? Questionnaire or choose yourself?
  • How do we define the personas on the page? We do not recommend using very specific names, genders, pictures - they will not match most potential users and can be rather causing a drop than conversion…
  • Do we assume there’s a 3rd way - no personalisation?
  • If we redirect existing client - do we just use UTMs? Do we transfer data in a different way? If they come back do we know the are back based on cookies or is there another way?

Based on the answers we proposed different user paths depending on the way of personalization:
